SPONSORSHIP OF THE EDITH CHASE SYMPOSIUM SERIES
The Edith Chase Symposium Association, Inc., is an Ohio non-profit corporation, which has been approved by Internal Revenue Service for tax-exempt status under Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. For federal income tax purposes, donors may deduct their gifts to the Association as donations to a scientific educational organization.
The Association does not request or receive any financial support from any federal, state, or local government. The Association seeks Organizational Sponsors and Individual Sponsors who wish to express their environmental consciousness by supporting this significant environmental activity in Ohio, the Edith Chase Symposium Series.
Several levels of Sponsorship are available for your participation:
GOLD SPONSOR – In recognition of a donation of $1000, a Gold Sponsor will be recognized at the beginning of the 2019 program, from the podium, and asked to greet the audience with a 2 to 5 minute welcome statement from the podium. The sponsor will be recognized in the sponsor list in the 2019 printed program and will be provided with a full page display advertisement in that program, with copy to be provided by the sponsor.
SILVER SPONSOR – In recognition of a donation of $500, a Silver Sponsor will be recognized at the beginning of the 2019 program, from the podium, recognized in the sponsor list in the printed program and will be provided with a half-page display advertisement in that program, with copy to be provided by the sponsor.
BRONZE SPONSOR – In recognition of a donation of $250, a Bronze Sponsor will be recognized at the beginning of the 2019 program, from the podium, recognized in the sponsor list in the 2019 printed program and will be provided with a quarter-page display advertisement in that program, with copy to be provided by the sponsor.
Donors who wish to make an even more substantial donation, so as to place the Edith Chase Symposium Association Inc., on a long-term sound financial footing for future programs, as distinct from the operating costs of this year’s event, are invited to contact Robert C.
